Ben Amaba holds a Ph.D. degree in industrial & systems engineering, a M.B.A./M.S. degree in engineering and operations, and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering. Dr. Amaba is a registered and licensed professional engineer in several states with international registry; certified in production, operations and inventory management by APICS®; LEED® Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design); and certified in corporate strategy by Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
He is responsible for industrial manufacturing, infrastructure, engineering and supply chain solutions. Dr. Amaba is the Global Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Data Analytics and AI Elite Team, Industrial Manufacturing. Dr. Amaba’s focus and interest is in artificial intelligence, data sciences, robotic process automation (RPA), software engineering, Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and cloud technology.

Mike McMahon is a Data and AI technical leader at IBM within the industrial sector and has worked at IBM for 5 years in a variety of technical roles with Analytic, Cloud, AI, and Data Science solutions. As a member of the IBM Data and AI technical team, within the industrial sector, Mike has led hands-on workshops, proof of concepts, demonstrations, briefings, and discovery workshops for Data and AI solutions based on the IBM AI & DS tools. Mike has over 20 years’ experience as a data / data warehouse developer, enterprise architect, manager, consultant and team lead for information technology solutions.
Mike has extensive manufacturing systems experience developing custom enterprise requirements planning components, shop floor production systems, near real-time reporting systems and optimization systems. Mike has earned an undergraduate degree from Limestone College with a BS in Computer Science / Business Administration. Additionally, Mike is a Navy Veteran, having served over 10 years in the Intelligence field.
Dale Mumper is a Technical Thought Leader at IBM, focusing on data science and artificial intelligence solutions in the Industrial market. He has been with IBM for nearly 5 years, with 25 years in the technology industry. Past roles have included Principal Consultant, Executive Director of Advanced Analytics Development, and Director of Business Systems. Dale graduated with a Physics degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Cardinal Stritch University. His paper on recommendations for the commercial space flight industry was recognized for excellence in research by the university. He is currently involved in efforts in realizing a fully containerized advanced analytics platform.
